The space 100 Acre Lodge is a luxury full home lodge in a grove of aspen and pine trees at the top of The Reserve above Bear Lake. Floor to ceiling windows frame wide views of the lake, valley, and surrounding mountains, and multiple decks and patios let guests move easily between indoor comfort and outdoor space. The home sleeps up to fifty guests in nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms with high ceilings, wide hallways, and generous common areas. A gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, double fridges, double ovens, gas range, double dishwashers, and large island supports group cooking and serving, with seating for large gatherings in the dining area and on the deck. A second mini kitchen and bar near the game room makes snacks and drinks easy to serve downstairs. Entertainment is a core feature of the lodge. Guests enjoy a dedicated theater room, an indoor golf simulator with a large screen and custom putting green, a private hot tub, and a lighted pickleball and basketball court with adjacent lawn for family games. Kids have their own playroom with climbing elements, and teens have arcade style games and a media space. A private sledding hill on the property adds winter fun. High speed wireless internet, multiple televisions, and comfortable modern furnishings make the lodge suited for retreats that blend work and leisure. Private easements and nearby trail access connect directly from the property to extensive roads and trails for mountain biking, side by side riding, snowmobiling, running, and skiing. Guests also enjoy access to The Reserve amenities including a private beach on Bear Lake for swimming, boating, and water sports. A Tesla charging station in the driveway supports electric vehicles. This home is designed for large family gatherings, reunions, and corporate retreats that want space, privacy, and a wide range of activities in one destination setting. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except the garage and select closets for owner use. When you book with us we will send you detailed directions as well as access codes to enter the home two days before you arrive. You will receive a key code to access the Reserve amenities which include: - The Clubhouse pools and hot tub, workout facility and the Reserve Private Beach (Access gate is 400m to the south of the Reserve Entrance Gate) Other things to note Guests must sign our rental agreement before arrival. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets. No open invite or disruptive parties. No drinking games. No RVs, camp trailers, or tents. Keep doors and windows closed to protect the home and support heating and cooling. White towels are for indoor use only and are not for makeup removal. Guests must bring beach towels for the hot tub, pool, and lake. Shampoo and body wash are not provided. Use the sledding hill and sports courts at your own risk. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Quiet hours and community rules must be respected. If house rules are not followed, additional cleaning or damage fees may apply as outlined in the rental agreement.
