Each bedroom has a flat-screen television and access to a bathroom. There are 2 master suites with king-size beds; 1 master also has a twin pull out for additional sleeping. Each master has sliding glass doors to access the gulf side deck. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full-size beds. The kids' retreat has 2 duo bunks, a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. The kitchen is a dream with lots of counter space and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a family dinner at the beach. The kitchen also comes with a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig. There is a wet bar off the dining area equipped with a small sink and a mini-fridge. The dining area has a long table that will accommodate 10 people. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar for 5 people. The living room is beautifully decorated with lots of comfortable furniture to read your favorite book, watch tv or relax with the family while enjoying the gulf views. Out on the deck is another dining table that seats 6 people. There are outdoor lounge chairs to enjoy the sun, on the sun deck, or plenty of seating in the shade, on the cover porch. There is also a gas grill located on the gulf side deck This property is on a highly desirably through lot. This part of the island only has one row of houses on the gulf side, giving you more privacy and a more personal beach experience. These are rare and rent fast! Please note: 1.
