You'll have plenty of space to feel like your alone in the woods, but still be close to all the local amenities you come to the Black Hills to enjoy - ATV/snowmobile trails, Terry Peak and Deer Mountain, Deadwood and Lead, and only a short 40 minute drive to Mount Rushmore and all the fun of the Central Black Hills! This new property boasts a sprawling deck, a gas firepit within the table on the deck for those cool Black Hills nights, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and multiple fireplaces to kick your feet up at. There are 5 total bedrooms - two with king beds, two with queen beds, two full size and one twin bed in another. There's also a loft with a seating area. Last but not least, there's a two car garage to bring your toys and enjoy some protection after a long day on the trails. It's the best of all worlds! You also get access to the local clubhouse which includes a shuffleboard table, pool table, heated pool open all year, and propane fire pit. With all these amenities you'll be hard pressed to find a better cabin! If you bring your ATV's, the trail system is within riding distance from the property, and you can ride them over to Recreational Springs just a short drive down the road. You'll be within minutes of Deer Mountain and Terry Peak, and in 10 short minutes you can be gambling in Deadwood! The South end of Spearfish Canyon can be accessed at Cheyenne Crossing just a short 5 minute drive from the property. If you want to see the great places of the Central Black Hills, Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park are only 40 minutes South of the property on a pleasant drive through the hills. Come stay with us and build new family memories! Guest access You get use of the entire property and it's contactless entry with either a door code or lock box. The property is located on a lot, so you have parking available at the property. Property access information will be delivered within the week of your arrival, but it's typically sent the night before arrival. Other things to note If you’re planning to ride your snowmobiles/ATV’s on the local trail system, a permit is required from the Black Hills National Forest. We'd be happy to direct you where to purchase them!
