Beautiful, Comfortable & Historic Row House

100's of 5 star reviews can't be wrong! Always professionally cleaned & sanitized: consists of 2 separate units, main house & apartment below. Main kitchen stocked w/ all cookware & available to use in the apartment. Amazing, quiet neighbors who enjoy greeting our guests. Easy access to anywhere in DC w/ shops and restaurants w/in a short walk. Home secured by Vivint Smart Home & annually inspected by DC. Unfortunately, not a home for the ability impaired w/ many steps to climb between floors. The space We raised our children here and would move back in a heartbeat. We moved out of the city for work purposes but miss our family home and neighbors dearly. Meticulous professional cleaning crew that turns the whole house over with every new booking. Home consists of 2 Units, the larger main house and a separate English Basement Apartment. Spread out as you like bc we only rent to 1 group at a time. We've been Superhost's for over 4 years with mostly 5 star reviews! Multiple TV's with Apple. Home protected by Vivint Smart home. There is one camera in the dining room but feel free to unplug while in the house. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. Guest access 2 Guest parking passes for street parking are provided (via Park DC registration). Please provide an email address and I will send instructions to register with ParkDC. There is additional parking in a garage 2 blocks away. You will be walking distance to many amazing restaurants, shops, and the local farmers markets. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook, however, there are so many great restaurants nearby you will want to try out, but be sure and bring those amazing leftovers home for a late night snack. Other things to note You'll want to come back every year once you have stayed in our home. We work hard to make this your home away from home. Most importantly, you will not step over or share space w/ other personal items/people during your stay, as we don't live here and make sure that the home is always immaculate upon your arrival. My neighbor is our caretaker, so you always have access to someone should you need assistance. There are many steps to get access to the house and inside, so not the best if you are mobility impaired. The main house has steep stairs. The lower level apartment does have everything on one level if that type of access is needed. By accepting this booking, you acknowledge that you are ok with the existing stairs in the house. The preference is corporate groups and travelers; however, __quiet__ families are welcomed! ABSOLUTELY NO parties! Enjoy yourselves but be respectful of the neighbors. Our caretaker lives right next door and available if I can’t be reached. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. You will be charged $500 for extra cleaning protocol.
