Located just outside of Friday Harbor on the island's east side, this home has heated concrete floors on the main level which includes the Primary suite, and the loft bedroom is located upstairs and opens up to the ceiling of the kitchen. The living area has a propane fireplace for a relaxing ambiance while you enjoy the wonderful views out to San Juan Channel, Yellow Island and watching the ferry go by. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The butcher block counter tops, propane cook-top, and water-views will make preparing meals an enjoyable activity. The main level, primary suite is furnished with a Queen size bed and includes a propane fireplace, deck access, water-views, and a bathroom with an over-sized tiled shower. The upper-level loft bedroom is also furnished with a Queen size bed and has an adjacent contemporary bathroom with tiled shower. The Loft bedroom is open to the kitchen, as shown in photos. *This house is not suitable for small children due to medium bank waterfront and loft style bedroom* This property is medium bank waterfront not allowing direct water access. This home is equipped with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi for those that must stay connected. This is a Non-Smoking home. This house has good cell phone reception. Please be advised, yard maintenance may occur during your stay. The internet / Wi-Fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing.
