Downstairs den can serve as a 3rd bedroom ( w/ queen memory foam floor mattress) and has its own bathroom. Bikes available in the garage. The Davidson Guesthouse consists of three levels. The main level is where you will find the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath, and laundry room. Upstairs on the third floor, there are two king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. This third level also has a door to the private, rooftop patio with gas fire pit table. Downstairs, the first floor of the house is where you will find the garage and the den, which can be used as a third bedroom with memory foam floor mattress. The downstairs den also has a full bathroom and large flat screen TV with streaming and cable access provided. Guests will be able to access all parts of the home, including the laundry room and garage with bikes. I am just a text message/phone call away if needed! My co-host lives nearby if you need someone to be available in person. The brownstones at Harbour Place are located in a unique urban setting close to exit 30 with easy access to I-77, Harbour Place Park, Davidson College, and a variety of retail shops and offices. In addition to the pond with walking trail adjacent to the townhomes, there is also a nearby wooded path leading to the lake. Feeling hungry but don't want to venture too far? Sabi Asian Bistro and Subway are across the street. A five-minute walk takes you to a pedestrian-friendly shopping center with a Harris Teeter, Clean Juice, coffee and bagel shops, a wine bar, and several restaurants. Drive (2 min), bike (6 min), or walk (20 min) to Main Street in Davidson, where you can enjoy a burger and ice cream float at the Soda Shop, browse for gifts in The Village Store, spend some time in Main Street Books, and relax with a latte and pastry at Summit Coffee. Other fun destinations on Main Street include an escape room, Ben and Jerry's ice cream, Mestizo Mexican Cuisine, and Masala Mastee Indian Street Food. Don't forget to go for a walk on the beautiful Davidson College Campus! Plenty of on-street parking in front of and beside the house. Child and pet-friendly home with toys/books/games for kids and food/water bowls for pups. Please be aware that there are stairs in the home.
