Located within the Four Points Marina Village Development, this new cottage has 1,100 square feet of indoor living space and 1,200 square feet of wrap-around decks. Sand Dollar Cottage has 2 king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Sand Dollar has a single rollaway bed for additional guests. There is also a powder room off the living room. The spacious living room has seating for 8 and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Amenities include WIFI, cable TV, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor gas grill. Wild Orchid Waterfront Restaurant is located a short 2 minute walk away and Sand Dollar is conveniently located within walking distance to the main shopping plaza with a fully stocked supermarket, liquor store and an international commercial bank. Your boat can anchor just off Four Points where there is a dinghy dock. Because so many guests are working remotely these days, we recently increased the speed of the service at Sand Dollar to 105mb/s! Please note that while you CAN swim and snorkel behind the house, the water there is a bay, not a beach.
