Welcome to NM - The Land of Enchantment! Stay here while visiting Carlsbad for Caverns or for work! Relax in a peaceful, lovely and very safe area. Nice central location yet away from chaotic tightly packed Carlsbad neighborhoods. Just walk to Pecos River, beach, playgrounds and water park! LARGE comfortable KING beds in every bedroom streaming Hulu and Netflix on 55" 4K TVs. Close to Albertsons, many shopping and dining places. Central AC, washer and dryer, coffee and cooking amenities. The space Bedroom: ❁ Very comfy 3-bedrooms each with a large king platform bed. Living room: ❁ Large living room with additional two futon sleepers and a large 55" 4K TV Streaming Kitchen: ❁ Large kitchen with coffee, spices, oil, honey, sugar, salt, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Fridge and gas burning range. Other: ❁ Ultra high speed Wi-Fi! ❁ Fresh linens, towels, on every stay and laundry machine access. ❁ Front porch with rocking chairs. ❁ Beach towels and chairs to take to the beach and parks. ❁ Fun spots nearby for kids and adults alike! Guest access ❁ Entire house and porch. Lots of parking space. Due to frequent winds there maybe dust on the porch Other things to note Check-in time: ❁ After 5:00 PM Check-out time: ❁ By 11:00 AM OVEN Glass - this is old stain on the glass. Any complaints to Airbnb about this to get refunds will be pointed out to this precondition. LIGHT and FAN Switches - we provide central air. We also provide standing lights. Our rotating standing fans often get stolen. So if some switches for ceiling lights and fans will not work. This is a precondition and you accept that condition before booking. OUTSIDE LAUNDRY - AS IS ONLY Outside Washer and dryer is fully functional but room is under works. Being outside it is not an amenity to complain about to Airbnb. Guests are more than welcome to use this laundry but this is not a room nor an amenity that we offer as per this listing and should not be considered for complaints. Do load the washer with towels before checkout. OUTSIDE BACKYARD - AS IS and not maintained. Use as you please but leave it clean. ❁ Nostalgic train sound rolling 3-4 times a day. House is very quiet inside. Please respect the place as yours and leave it as clean as possible. Please dust off clothes after attending the beach and before entering the house, and dust off all possible clothing before using the washer and dryer. House is only for the number of guests during bookings, especially for overnight stay. Thanks for the understanding, and enjoy your comfortable stay! LASTLY - Apologies on if we missed out on anything. Please contact us promptly by 8pm on day of arrival or within 2hrs of arrival or next morning by 10am if arriving after 10pm the previous night.
