Although you are on the water, the beach is just a very short walk away. A 15-minute walk to Pier 60 and Clearwater Marina, where you can enjoy excursions and the Sunset Celebrations at the Pier every night, weather permitting. This home is strictly available as a monthly rental, based on the calendar month only. Partial months, split dates, or mid-month bookings are not permitted under any circumstances.
