Hello and welcome to Mt Definace Cabin, part of the Nelson Creek Cabin vacation rentals! Our property is nestled on 2 quiet acres with views of the Columbia River and surrounding Cascade mountains. Skamania Lodge, Bridge of the Gods, Mt. Hood, Dog Mountain, Multnomah Falls, White Salmon, Hood River and Portland are just a few close destinations. Plenty of parking for boats and RV's. Mt Defiance cabin is a comfortable place where you can escape, relax and unwind in this beautiful setting. The space Within a few miles, you will find golf courses, brew pubs, restaurants, farmer's markets, shops, waterfalls, wineries, kite boarding, wind surfing, sailing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, and numerous other recreational adventures. Portland and its airport are an easy 45 minute drive. Enjoy the Columbia Gorge Interpretative Center, Maple Leaf Events, Blues and Bluegrass weekend festivals, Skamania County Fair, local parks, Beacon RockState Park, Maryhill, White Salmon, and Hood River Wineries. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house and parking lot. Boats and RV's are permitted. Other things to note MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS PER NIGHT = 2. No exceptions. Service or assistance animals and/or pets: The health of all our guests is very important to us. We have been informed by guests and our housekeeper, they can suffer serious allergic reactions to animal hair and/or dander. Therefore, we do not allow service or assistance animals and/or pets in our cabin. There are dishes & utensils for 2, microwave, pots & pans, Kuerig coffee pot, full size fridge and stove and a 50 inch Smart TV. No smoking of any kind. No fire or fireworks of any kind on the property. Absolutely no hunting on this property!
