The Vera is a rustic, 1 bedroom/1 bath, ground level, fully furnished apartment, private entrance off a large deck and is part of a quadplex in a wooded area off a gravel drive. This unit is dedicated to local artist & philanthropist, Vera Heck who inspired its eclectic decor. Our apartments are primarily used by travel nurses, technicians, PAs, contract workers, etc. Monthly discounts are applied automatically when you enter your dates. We have strict no pets, children, smoking or party policy. One-bedroom apartment with kitchen, tub/shower bathroom, living room, dining room, in-suite laundry room, and deck. The house is a quadplex with four other rental units. The entrance to the apartment house is located down a gravel driveway and can be challenging for some. Please read the detailed directions. Located off a private gravel driveway that is 1/8th of a mile long off HWY 74. Situated on the edge of woods, but yet near I-475 and shopping. A brand new Publix only a 1/2 mile away. Proudly only a few miles from the first women's only college in the history of humanity, Wesleyan College. Lake Tobesofkee recreation area, mountain biking trails, water park, water skiing, woods, hiking trails, churches, farms, Fish & Pig restaurant and Mercer University all within a few miles. The Fish & Pig Restaurant has live music during the summer months. It's like country living, but yet a few minutes from town. You will need a car to get around Macon. Some guests find the driveway difficult to find. We have detailed directions online. The TV is a smart TV (Roku) with Netflix and Hulu Live TV. We don’t have cable. But you can use your own accounts too. Our apartments are rented for a minimum of 30 days. We don’t offer refunds or prorate for early cancellation. We ozone, disinfectant, wash all linens between guests. We don't use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests. If you have any problems, please text me.
