Charming cottage home sets on a quaint 20 acre farm with horses and a vineyard 10 minutes from downtown Lexington and Midway. Fully furnished, wood flooring throughout, one bedroom with King bed , two twin beds in a common area, kitchen, living area and one bathroom. Cottage guest house on the farm. Owners live in a main house on the farm. Knotty pine floors, house has been renovated completely, everything is updated, microwave, full-size refrigerator, two cable TV, Horse stalls and Paddock for boarding a couple of horses while you stay. You will have access to the entire home. You can use the stove, microwave and refrigerator responsibly. There will be interaction with the guest on an as needed basis. You will have privacy in the cottage! There is no neighbors other than the owners who live in the main house in front of the cottage. Uber would be much obliged to provide transportation. EACH Pet will be charged $25.00 a day. Please always keep pet on a leash when you first arrive and feel secure on the property. Putting a horse in a pasture may be an option Discuss price later.
