From the living area, the sliding door opens to an oversized, private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling, and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises. Also, a fabulous place for gathering and playing board games with the family! If you are not lounging on the beach then you'll want to be on this balcony! The master suite is accommodated with a king-size bed, side furniture, lighting, drapery, and a flat-screen TV. The master suite also opens to the balcony where both the water and sounds of the beach can be seen and heard! Adjoining the master bedroom, there is an upgraded private bathroom with beautiful tile surrounds.. The guest room is accommodated with a king bed and flat-screen TV.
