Off the main living area is a large screened-in porch, perfect for every season. and a patio with a gas grill, gas fire table, and 4 Adirondack chairs. The master bedroom suite with master bath is located on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a full laundry. Two bedrooms each with a private bath are located on the second floor and are both open to a large balcony with rocking chairs. Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and spectacular views. This cottage includes a portable queen airbed with the frame, an infant bouncer and high chair, a shower chair in the master bath two sets of right-handed golf clubs, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, inflatables, beach toys, a collapsible beach caddy and a wheeled cooler. Access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million-dollar amenities includes an oceanfront swimming pool, clubhouse and fitness room, beach deck, beach access and community fire pit. 2 Parking Spaces - No trailers of any kind allowed. Monthly Winter Rates are available upon request. This cottage is the "Crane" floorplan and accommodates 6. Linens included. Coffee maker: Keurig NO SMOKING NO PETS If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS: The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
