Located on desirable Fort Pickens Road, this townhouse is equipped with amenities designed for a comfortable vacation, including a TV in every bedroom and a private elevator providing access from the large garage to two floors of living space, totaling approximately 2,300 square feet. The master bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Just steps from the deck, you’ll reach the world-famous white sand beaches. Play cornhole or volleyball right outside the deck door, or enjoy an assortment of provided beach toys, floats, beach chairs, beach balls, and umbrellas. Inside, you’ll find a selection of games and puzzles. Sip morning coffee while watching dolphins, play in the surf, relax at the water’s edge, or grill while watching the sunset. We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
