Luxurious guest house overlooking 100-acre, Eleven Eleven Ranch, is located just 3 miles from Canyon Lake and 10 miles from the Wimberley town square. Elevated ceilings and open beams, a spacious open floor plan, and floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the long distance views from inside or out. This Unforgettable romantic getaway is perfect for newlyweds, babymoons, anniversaries or to simply escape the city and breathe in the fresh Texas air. The master suite has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The living area offers a great common area to lounge around and is completely open to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room both off the living area as well. Note: This guest house is specifically for adult couples seeking a romantic weekend getaways. We do not allow groups larger than 2 guests and we unfortunately cannot make any exceptions. Guest have full access to the guest house and all of its listed amenities. None of the amenities are shared with the owners quarters. Self Check-In Process: - You will receive an email 7 days prior to your reservation with the address and directions to the home. - You will go straight to the property for check-in and let yourself in anytime after 4:00pm. - The door code will be released via text and email on the day of arrival. - Important Note: If the self check-in requirements have not been completed prior to your arrival our system will not release your access codes. Guest/Host Interaction: - We are available by phone and email should you need us for anything. - For general questions and inquiries we are available Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5pm. - During your stay you will also have access to our emergency answering service if needed which is available 24/7. Ranch Owners: - The owners that live on the ranch are a retired couple that do not approach the guests. - If you need help or assistance during your stay we ask that you call the number we provide you and we will contact the owners on site if you need their help with something. - Guests do not have no face-to-face interaction with anyone unless they request it. Just three miles from Canyon Lake and ten miles from the Wimberley town square, an abundance of shopping and restaurants are just a short distance either away. There is a major grocery store offering any/all the essentials in both towns. We strongly recommend providing your own transportation. Uber, Lyft and other ride share companies are not commonly found in our area and you cannot rely on them being available. SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.
