Experience resort-style accommodation for the perfect family or group getaway in townhouse 207, Mariners Club. This tri-level, 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse is well-appointed for self-catered living. Everything needed to enjoy paradise in luxury with extra features, including a glass-enclosed extended living room and master bedroom, and top-of-the-line kitchen appliances. Fishing enthusiasts will particularly enjoy 207 Mariners Club as the location is a short, easy walk to the marina. The garage is available to securely store your gear, and an extra refrigerator/freezer is provided to preserve the day's catch and your beverages cold as you relax outside on the covered patio, recalling the excitement of the day at sea. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 - The marina front master suite offers a king bed, a desk on the glass-enclosed patio with a marina-view, a flatscreen TV, a walk-in closet, and a stately master ensuite featuring a spa tub, a glassed shower, and his-n-hers vanities. Bedroom 2 – A second master suite with a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and a full, 4-pc ensuite bath. Bedroom 3 – Is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms and offers a flatscreen TV and a trundle bed for sleeping 2. Additional sleeping is available utilizing the full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. 3-7 night minimum stay requirement determined by time of year. No arrivals on Christmas Day. Guest access CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 A.M. We MUST receive your Guest Registration Form and your Photo ID in advance of your arrival. On the day of your arrival, you will receive your check-in instructions and door code. Your door code will begin working at 4:00 PM. If the unit becomes available earlier, we will notify you by text. To ensure personal assistance, it is very important that you arrive during business hours, as we do not have 24-hour staffing. We are open daily 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, closed for lunch from 12-1, and on major holidays. During high season, check-in time may be delayed. Rate adjustments will not be made for late arrival or early departure. If you choose to arrive outside normal business hours and are unable to access the lockbox, your rental accommodation, or are otherwise unable to utilize our rental for that night for any reason, you must make alternate arrangements at your expense.
