Step outside on the furnished deck and enjoy amazing sunrises with your morning coffee - you'll fall in love with the views! In the evening, it's a great place to share memories of the day while watching the stars. Featuring a spacious living area and kitchen, this house is a must for your family vacation. The living room has cozy seating, and a smart TV with DVD player. You'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the kitchen, including a regular drip coffee maker and blender. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer on the premises, and high speed internet is available. With over 1600 square feet, the home easily sleeps 12. The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms on the opposite side of the house have 2 full size beds each, separated by a full bath. Underneath the house, in the shade, there is a bar area where you can relax with your family and friends around the picnic table, while you barbecue on the charcoal grill. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach! You will love the location and layout of this house, and will want to stay at Happily Ever After again and again. Right behind is a 2nd row home with an incredible mezzanine/social deck (and view) - Peace, Love, & Sandy Feet, also available for rental through Swedes. Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
