Beach House Resort #10 is a three-bedroom unit with a private spa, a large open deck overlooking the beach, and a sleeping configuration that handles ten guests across proper beds. The bunk house is the family differentiator. The third bedroom has two queen beds and two twin beds — four guests in one room, with everyone in a real bed. The master suite has a king bed and a garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A half bath is available in the living area. Two full bathrooms serve the upstairs bedrooms. An in-unit washer and dryer is included. The kitchen is fully equipped for a group of ten. The open deck faces the Gulf — the right spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets over the water. Minimum stay: seven nights during winter months and June/July. Three-night stays are available during slower periods — contact IVP to confirm current availability. Parking for two vehicles.
