Main Level Comforts The main floor features a spacious Master Suite with a King bed, flat-screen TV, desk with monitor, and direct access to the eastern patio—perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine. The luxurious en-suite bath includes a Garden Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity, and generous storage. Also on this level: • Fully stocked, recently remodeled kitchen • Rustic pine dining table for 8 + bar stool seating • Cozy living room with river rock gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows • Powder Room and laundry room with washer/dryer • Doggie door for your four-legged friends Upstairs Features Upstairs, you'll find two Queen bedrooms, both with stunning views of the forest and mountains. The Game Room Loft includes: • Large flat-screen TV • Books, puzzles, and Shuffleboard • A bunk bed (Full on bottom, Twin on top) and futon • A full bath with tub/shower combo Outdoor Highlights Step outside to enjoy: • A fully fenced yard with large boulders and room to roam. • Upper and lower yard access for dogs or children • Propane grill and serene patio space Note: The property is off-grid for water, so drinking water is provided in the fridge. Please be mindful of conservation.
