This state of the art property is the ultimate in urban living, 2 blocks from downtown Bryan. Carefully designed with unique features throughout, making it the ideal luxurious and relaxing space for your trip. The space The top two floors are occupied by the host and the main floor is entirely for guests. Guest access Guests will have a separate entrance dedicated to their own living space, plus 1 carport covered parking space for their stay. Guests will have access to a separate bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom. A open concept living room, two locations for separate controls of heating/AC, washer and dryer access, as well as a two-person workspace desk, ideal for laptops, with large viewing windows. A small kitchen is located next to the available laundry area. Living room sofa becomes twin size bed for a third guest. During your stay No interaction with hosts are necessary if not wanted, but are always available if help is needed. Other things to note There is a small kitchen area with microwave, sink, small refrigerator (stocked with breakfast items and snacks), a wine fridge (1 free bottle of wine per stay), coffee maker and blender. Property also has on street parking for an additional vehicle, if needed. Third guest is an additional $20 per night. No partying or visitors allowed.
