Sherwin Villas #52 is the perfect condo for ski and snowboarders alike. Little Eagle Lodge is conveniently 3 minutes away via the green line. The red line is also an option to go to the Village and Main Lodge. This condo is located at the center of town, on the corner of Meridian Boulevard and Old Mammoth Road, so shops and restaurants are just steps away.

A beautiful wood burning fireplace welcomes you inside the condo. Light a fire to warm up after a day or skiing and snowboarding. You and your guests will love gathering in the living room to watch a movie at the end of the day. There is a DVD, CD player, and wifi for your enjoyment. The couch functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. Open the balcony doors to let some fresh air in.

The kitchen is equipped with appliances to aide chefs in preparing delicious meals. A dining table is assembled with seating for 4. Sit the family down for a home cooked meal while you watch the snow fall from the windows.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed, television, and sitting area. A separate vanity in the room allows multiple guests to get ready at the same time. A full bathroom is attached in here with a shower/tub combo.

There are 2 unassigned parking spaces, 2 outdoor spas, sauna, and laundry facilities. The shared tennis court, pool, and BBQ stations are only open during the summer. Some of the condo amenities like the hot tub will not be available due to COVID.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts\u2019 policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

*We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.*
