The dock has a covered boat slip. IMPORTANT NOTE: There are 65 steps leading up to the home so be sure that all guests are suitable for that many stairs. The home is 20-25 minutes by car from downtown CDA or a 10 minute boat ride **Wifi is not good for video calls. It works best for emails and text Upon arriving you will have room to park 3 cars. There is a flight of 65 stairs to the front door. The view is worth the hike! The beach and dock area are right next to where you will park. Once you arrive at the front door you will walk into the Kitchen with a panoramic window showing off the beautiful lake views. Enjoy over 300 sq ft of deck space with amazing views of Lake CDA! The deck has plenty of seating to host family dinners and watch sunsets. The main bedroom offering a King Size bed is on the first floor and it has a large bathroom right next to it. Off of the kitchen you will have french doors that take you to the deck. You will also be able to enjoy a sitting room and living room on this floor. The second bathroom is also on the main level. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has an adult size custom built bunk bed with two queens. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Enjoy this beautiful waterfront retreat! The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood on the peaceful Neachen Bay. There is room to park 3 cars at the bottom of the property. Mineral Ridge is 10 minutes from our house. This is the best spot to launch your boat and park a boat trailer overnight. The home is completely furnished and has dishes, linens, sheets, towels and everything needed for a great vacation - just bring your own food and drink!
