Other things to note For advance reservations, which are those with a booking confirmation date outside of the calendar year which their stay occurs and/or 6+ months before arrival: In the event the homeowner does not renew their rental contract, the home is damaged during a weather event, or the home is sold and leaves our rental program, the host will move guest to comparable accommodation (if available) or guest can cancel their stay for a full refund. If guest chooses a comparable accommodation and there is a price difference, host is not responsible for covering the difference.
