This beautiful corner unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with stunning panoramic views of the 3+ mile crescent beach. The Master Suite includes a king bed and en suite shower, while the guest bedroom offers a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top. The building boasts great amenities such as a heated pool, jacuzzi, covered seating area, tennis courts, and pickleball nets. For added convenience, the unit includes a full-size washer and dryer. Dining is easy with a restaurant next door and more options just down the street. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find shopping, dining, movies, and mini-golf. Please note, the stove is not full-sized. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
