We are offering Complimentary Vendor Beach Chair setup with 2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella with this rental in 2023 from March 1 - Oct 31 FOR ALL RENTALS PAID BY CHECK. Beach service is not offered outside these dates due to vendor not available but the discount for paying with a check will apply. March 4 - Oct 28 turn day is Saturday. If you need different check in or check out days please send us a message and we will see if we can work with your dates. This condo is designed as an ADULT ONLY personal vacation residence for 2 persons age of 25 and over only. The person renting the unit must be staying in the unit. Rental may not be given as a gift. Condo is in a low density 9 unit building. Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside is a short bike ride away where you can shop at the Farmers Market starting at 9 am on Saturday mornings at the Seaside Amphitheater year round. You can select your pick of fresh produce and other unique offers. Nothing better than fresh vegetables go to with fresh seafood that can be purchased 1/2 mile from the condo at the Goatfeather's Seafood Market on 30A for a night of dining in. Dinner on the balcony is both beautiful and peaceful while watching the waves roll in and the sun set. This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot. No animals Allowed 1 parking space per condo No golf carts allowed anywhere on the property Major holidays require 6 nights minimum. Guest not listed on rental agreement not allowed in unit at anytime Both Guest must be 25 or older 2023 check in after 2:30 pm and check out before 9:00 am No refund for cancellations
