Two bedrooms with adjoining baths are located on the main level, each also with its own access to the inviting deck. Two bedrooms and a third bathroom are located on the lower level. In addition there are two twin beds and a twin roll-away in the common area of the lower level. A detached bonus room with full bath offers an additional queen bedroom(this is one of the 5 bedrooms) for a private stay from the rest of the house. A 10-minute walk or a 1-minute drive across Crescent Beach Rd gets you to a short path and boardwalk to the semi-private shoreline for great swimming in the sandy-bottomed crystal clear waters of Portage Lake. For nature seekers, take a stroll through the natural trails of the wooded areas of this 8-acre property. Deer and foxes are a common sight. There is also a large open grassy field for any family sporting activities. A 15-minute drive around Portage Lake takes you to Onekama and all it has to offer, including a city park with its own beach and playground. Great for family picnics. An additional 10-minute drive around the lake from Onekama and you arrive at the beautiful, expansive public beaches of Lake Michigan.
