This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. During the summer, Montreat Conference Season - typically June through August - the home rents weekly. Mid-August through May, the home has a minimum 3-night stay, and there is a 4-night minimum for holidays.
