The space The Living room has a contemporary style, featuring a comfy L- shaped sofa accompanied by an armchair with a coffee table situated across a Flat Screen Television, where you may enjoy a romantic movie night. The dining area is situated next to the balcony. The dining table can seat up to 4 persons comfortably, where you may devour your home-cooked meals while enjoying the incredible burj khalifa and skyscraper view from the windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances for a seamless stay. Master Bedroom An elegant, spacious Master Bedroom with a King size bed and two side tables with lampshades with an incredible view of Burj Khalifa seen from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with its breathtaking view. An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a shower, double basins, and a toilet. The second & third bedrooms feature a queen-size bed in each, with an en-suite bathroom as well. Guest access Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a shared Gym and a Shared Swimming pool. Other things to note Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival. Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges to be collected through Airbnb covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition. Guests will be required to sign a check-in and check-out forms in accordance to the UAE local laws and the company's standard operational procedures. To comply with Dubai Tourism regulations, we require passport copies for all guests who will be staying in the apartment before the check-in date, so we can submit them to the security of the building to avail entrance passes for each guest. Check-in time is from 15:00 hrs until 21:00 hrs. Any arrival later than 21:00 hrs will be subject to management’s decision and should be communicated at least 3 days before the arrival date.
