HOUSE RULES: •Please be respectful of neighbors. Do not disturb or use the neighbor's driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. •No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM •Please do not set AC below 68 degrees. Note: AC unit will freeze over and will require 24 hrs to defrost before use. •Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. •Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. •Please do not wear your outdoor shoes inside the property. •No Smoking of any kind in the house (including vapes). A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present. •No extra or overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation). •No mail / packages delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick-up location. •No moving / rearranging of the furniture •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc. •No pre-checking bag storage (only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee). •No pets •No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces •Checkin time is 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM •Checkout time is 10:00 AM ***We reserve the right to keep your security deposit if these rules are broken*** These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests. Guest access We provide our guests with contactless self checkin with access to the entire house. There's plenty of parking in the driveway, garage, and street parking. Other things to note Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors as this is a residential area. Please note strict house rules. This allows us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests. One bath towel and one hand towel per guest (more available upon request). Absolutely NO parties are allowed! No loud music after 9pm! No shoes, smoking, or pets inside the house!
