Come down the entry hall and you will find the half bath to your left and a bunk bed set to your right. The open living area offers ample seating for your whole family. Enjoy a fresh living room set complete with a Sofa that converts to a Queen Sleeper and 3 cozy chairs. The flat-screen TV offers cable service, or you can plug in your own streaming devices to keep bingeing the latest episodes of your favorite online series. Community-based wireless internet access is provided. Step out onto the spacious deck where you can watch the waves crashing on the beach just steps away from the condo. All units have balconies with views of the inner courtyard and ocean. Private beach accesses are available for resident and guest usage. Residents and guests also have access to the swimming pool, which is open from May through September. Grilling is permitted in designated grilling areas around the complex. Laundry facilities are located onsite by the Surf Unit Owner's Association office and have coin-operated washers and dryers.
