Located in the heart of the new Seagrove community, Nature Walk, Casa Boom is a beautiful 4 bedroom cottage complete with designer kitchen, a bedroom on the main level, and porches galore! The space Walking distance to pools and bike path! ‘Casa Boom’ is a gorgeous 4 bedroom vacation home in the natural preserve of NatureWalk. Within walking distance to 3 gorgeous pools, bike path to the beach, you are truly in the heart of it all – a quick bike ride to Seaside, the beach, 30A, great restaurants, the nearby Publix, and so much more! Casa Boom offers a gorgeous eat-in designer kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and counter seating. The living room offers flat screen TV and lots of comfy seating, while the dining room is a slice of rustic elegance with fun light fixture and seating for eight. The large front porch features relaxing lounge chairs and dining seating for outdoor meals. The main level also offers one of four bedrooms with two full beds, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A half bathroom and walk-in laundry room completes this level. Upstairs is a second living space with pull-out full sofa, flat screen TV and access to a large screen porch. The king master with private bathroom, queen guest bedroom with private bathroom, and full bunk bedroom are also upstairs. Oversized closets, sprawling dual sink bathrooms, and walk-in showers are just a few of the perks of staying at Casa Boom! NatureWalk guests enjoy access to 3 community pools (one with zero-entry, a heated lap pool and a kiddie pool), grilling facilities and firepit at the pool, playground, pickleball and sand volleyball courts, bike paths, and the nearby nature preserve. Beach access is about a 10 minute bike ride on NatureWalk’s own bike path to the beach, or a 5 minute drive via 30A. Two complimentary bikes are included with this rental. Casa Boom also provides a private gas grill for guest use. Two private parking spots are available, with extra parking located a short distance away.
