A+ Property Management, has extensive training periods with our staff to insure that they have the proper practices in protecting the home properly with the most advance dissenting materials. With the Covid Outbreak, our staff is wearing a mask and gloves while cleaning and are removed immediately and placed in the trash upon completion of cleaning. We want to let you know of the cleaning procedure we are taking so that you feel safe in the knowledge of knowing the place you will be staying has been properly cleaned and sanitized. All of our chemicals are EPA registered to protect and insure we are killing this virus or any trace of germs that may have been left behind. The following items are what we focus on cleaning and sanitizing in each house. ● Upon entry of each house, we open the windows and the doors to the home to ensure that there is proper ventilation while we are cleaning. ● All the bed linens are removed and taken off the premises to a professional dry cleaning company in order to ensure that they are being properly sanitized and washed. They are then repackaged into new bags once they are cleaned and sanitized in order to avoid contact with the germs from dirty linen bags. ● Along with your linens being removed and washed, the mattresses, pillows and comforters are also heavily sprayed with a fabric disinfectant before clean linens are placed back on to the beds. ● We have made the switch over to disposable cleaning products versus rags to help reduce the spread of infection.
