Spacious Mountain Retreat! Ski-In/Out, dog friendly, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo w/ loft, views, fireplace. The space Short-Term Rental License: 305660 Keystone-303 has been remodeled and furnished in a contemporary lodge theme with unique details. Rest after a day in the mountains on the living room's comfortable leather sofa. Build a fire in the wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent dining area offers seating for ten at the table and bar, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and granite counters. Bedrooms feature artistic custom beds and headboards. The baths are appointed with new vanities and lighting. Two sliding glass doors open to the west-facing balcony where you can catch every sunset and enjoy views of Paradise Divide and Washington Gulch. The main living area has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find a sleeping loft, the fourth bedroom, and another bathroom. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes. NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season! Check-in instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your reservation! Please check your junk mail folder. The Keystone building entrance is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs up to the third floor to access K-303. There are two parking spaces available for guests. Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires. Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo. Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning. Our complex is ski-in/ski-out, and the Keystone building has great ski access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes! At the end of the day, just ski down back to the building. Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use.
