Inside dining table seats 4 and couch and 2 chairs is enough for 6 people to sit comfortably. The screened in porch allows the french doors to be open for a nice breeze- enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine in this great space! NOTE- Upper Room is a Garage Apartment located on 23 Boulevard. The home on the property is a seperate Vacation Home. Upper Room has one designated parking- parallel park by the garage door. All additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
