With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 311 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The contemporary kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Ocean One 311 also received a refresh in November 2022 which included a fresh coat of paint, new hardware on all interior doors, new mirrors and LED lighting in the bathrooms, new double beds in the 3rd guest bedroom, and a new sofa and chairs in the living room. This Oceanfront condo sleeps 8 people comfortably with a King bed in the primary bedroom, two Doubles in bedroom 2 and two Doubles in bedroom 3, and a living room sleeper sofa. The views are outstanding.
