This condo has been recently updated and features a full kitchen with brand new appliances, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV and sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests. Bedroom has King size bed, in living room you will find a new queen sized sleeper sofa and ottoman that converts to a twin sized bed. You are sure to enjoy the incredible slope side views from the living room, deck and bedroom. Only steps away from the elevator with easy access to the gondola. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, ski lockers, onsite ski shops and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is also a nearby ice skating rink (seasonal). Coin operated washers and dryers are located on every floor. Condo is located on 3rd floor in Riverside building facing the base area. For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.
