Our place is a 3 min downhill walk to the The Chilli Express lifts, ski shop, and dining.. You’ll love our place because it is ground level entrance with no stair climbing after those long days on the slopes. It is light filled, cozy, with a majestic view of Wheeler Peak the highest peak in New Mexico. Our place is great for a couples weekend get away and solo adventurers. You will want to make your family memories here. The space Our Chalet style condo is two bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen with living area with a total square footage 710sqft. The main living area is on the ground level with a 48” TV with DVD player and dish network, love seat and a sleeper sofa that is the size of a king size bed that is also equipped with a extra mattress pad. I have slept on this bed numerous times, it is not like your old fashion sleeper sofa. Our kitchen is open with the living area. Which is fully stocked with all the dishes, crockpot, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven stove, microwave, with a full size refrigerator. One of the bedrooms is on the ground level it has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a split vanity that is separated from the shower and toilet. The washer and dryer are also on the ground level. The second bedroom is up stairs with a queen bed and a love seat that also folds out into a full size bed. This room also a TV, DVD player with dish network. Guest access Our guest will receive their own door code prior to arrival. There will not be any hassle with checking in or chasing down door keys for access. You will be able to pull up get access as it is your own property. Guest have full access except to owners closet on bottom unit. Other things to note We love to hear that guests love this unit. Our condo makes us smile when we get to visit. Updates are a work in progress but we are excited to see it grow.
