The living area and kitchen have windows with views of the beach and ocean - an exclusive feature of the end units at Bridgewater. Nicely furnished living area opens to the oceanfront balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a great view out to the beach and ocean. The dining table seats 4, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The primary bedroom opens to the balcony and view of the ocean. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combination. The living area has a sleeper sofa with queen bed. This unit has a washer/dryer located near the second bathroom. Parking open around building no assigned parking spots. This condo has Zone AC/Heat. Guests have access to Bridgewater and Litchfield by The Sea amenities - beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more. Check-In: Saturday Check in during the Summer. Shorter Stays may be available last minute. Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season. Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost. No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets. Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. This condo has access to all of the Bridgewater Pools and beach accesses. *Please note children in swim diapers are only allowed in the kiddie pool. CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
