The Helfant Apartment is located 1.5 miles from the Colgate Inn and less than 1 mile from the Seven Oaks Golf Course. It can sleep up to 4 people and contains 1 king bed and 1 double bed, a full bathroom and complete kitchen and wireless internet. The space The apartment is located above the garage on the left side of the main house. It is a completely private space with a full bathroom and a complete kitchen, including a microwave oven, a toaster oven, a full-sized stove and a mini-refrigerator. The bedroom has an air conditioning unit that cools the entire place. The bathroom contains radiant heating underneath the floor and a heated towel rack. The apartment contains birch flooring in the living area and bedroom and slate flooring in the bathroom. There is a level 2 (220 Volt) charger located in the garage that will fully charge a Tesla or equivalent EV overnight. The EV charger is available to guests and included in the nightly fee. Guest access The apartment can be entered via a shared mudroom with the main house.
