This home has an occupancy of 10 people, but with the space and number of beds, almost everyone can have their own place to sleep. The living room is on the main level (2nd floor) and has a large TV and comfortable furniture perfect for group settings enjoying an evening in front of the fire. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking any meal to be served at the large dining table with plenty of room for everyone with windows on 2 sides overlooking the beautiful property. On the same level are 2 queen bedrooms that share a large full bathroom. The newly added master suite is on this level and has tall ceilings, large master bathroom and a king bed. Upstairs from the living room, you will enjoy the2nd king bedroom suite with full bathroom. This bedroom also has a small child's bed for the little one that wants to be with the parents. Downstairs from the living room, on the ground floor, there is a large studio style bedroom with a king bed and queen bunk beds, along with a kitchenette area, laundry room and full bath. This room also has it's own entrance. This home is just a couple minutes from shopping, eating and drinking at one Pagosa's Brew Pubs. Approximately a 5- 7 min drive to the world famous Pagosa Hot Springs, and 30 min from Wolf Creek Ski. Fishing can be found in one of the many nearby streams, rivers or lakes. Or... stay at home and just go for a nice walk around this private 5 acre wonderland! All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises. This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet. This home does not have A/C Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking. Check in time is at 4:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM.
