We also overlook one of Wateree's islands, are in a cove and no, there are no alligators this far north (Floridians always ask). Pet fee is $50/dog, please message us if bringing more than one dog. Other things to note There is room for a couple boats just in case. And we have had 30 foot boats out into our ramp so it is plenty deep (or use the marina a mile away!) and you should have access to our paddle boards and kayaks from the main house (seems to work well).
