It has outside access only through the covered carport area, and features 1 bedroom (with a Queen bed), and a full bathroom. Amenities Include Internet, Cable TVs, DVD, Wi-Fi, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Central AC/Heat, Ceiling Fans, Private Creek Dock & Floating Dock, Grill, Outside Shower. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
