This unit is part of the newly constructed River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! Our location is just minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. There are many great restaurants, the TN aquarium, and other tourists attractions. The space The unit is part of the brand new River Gorge Condos. The condos are along the TN River Gorge, the "TN Grand Canyon". The unit has a smart tv and wifi. The kitchen has brand new appliances. There's a queen size bed in the bedroom, a comfortable couch, and a queen size air mattress for guests to use. The unit is 950 sq ft and is a very spacious one bedroom unit. The unit also has a private balcony overlooking the river and surrounding mountains. Guest access All guests are welcome to use the yard space and the dock. We have a grill next to the parking lot and a fire pit down by the river. The dock is a double decker so you can go up top and relax and enjoy the view and the sun!
