Paddle board available for use (located under first section of dock). Kayak, paddle board and bikes available to use. Pontoon boat available for rent during summer. 22' 2010 Bennington pontoon. 115 horsepower outboard engine. Additional charges for pontoon rental would apply and you need to be pre-approved to use the pontoon. Please contact for details. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, deck, yard, patio and lake. 22' Bennington pontoon with 115 horse power engine available to rent. Pontoon moored on the dock off the patio. Lots to do close by - walking trails, bike trails, winery, brewery, restaurants, shopping and Michigan State University are just minutes away. Beautiful Lake Lansing North Park is a short walk with great natural trials and a park to use. Very relaxing and just minutes away. Several local restaurants and a great local market is just minutes away. A nice Meijer is only 3 minutes away too!
