Quiet street with nearby walking and bicycling paths. Two nice local parks nearby (within walking distance). The lake community is a very tight knit group and homes are quite close together. We do not allow large groups or parties and guest must abide by house rules during their stay. You really will want a vehicle. Uber/Lyft can be an option (depends upon time of day needed). Bus lines are nearby but not real close. Large off street parking at the home. Public boat launch close by and you can moor your boat on the dock. Lots to do close by - walking trails, bike trails, winery, brewery, restaurants, shopping and Michigan State University are just minutes away.
