Outdoors: Enjoy time in the Swimming Pool, or Hot Tub! There is a huge koi pond with multiple decks, patios, and covered pavilions to enjoy! Plus in-ground basketball hoop, horseshoe pit, bocce ball, and kids swing/play equipment!! The outdoor kitchen adjacent to the pool has a drink refrigerator, sink, and charcoal grill. Over 70 chairs, rockers, gliders, and swings to sit and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Texas Hill Country. Also as an added bonus you are 500 yards from the commons area to enjoy the Colorado River and Lake LBJ!!! Sleeping will bring some sweet dreams with 5 King Beds in five separate sleeping areas. The Main House (sleeps 14): A unique log home with 3 bedrooms (all with King Beds), a loft (with 2 built in daybeds, and twin beds in both upstairs bedrooms). There's a sleeper sofa in the living room and two rollaway beds. The Master is located downstairs and has it own 65” TV for evening relaxation! Master bath has a his and her sink as well as a jetted tub. The 1/2 bath downstairs and the washer/dryer help with all the necessities of life. Dining room has two dining tables and a bar providing seating for 21. The stone fireplace and large main gathering room will bring the whole family together! The huge 75” big screen 4K TV with Blue Ray DVD serves as a great movie setting!! The Bunkhouse (sleeps 8): Together with the Game Room and Hayloft but separate from the main house. The Bunkhouse features 1 King bed and 2 sets of bunk beds (2 twins over full beds). Also included 55” 4K TV for relaxing after a fun day in the game room next door. Above the Game Room and Bunkhouse is the Hay Loft (Sleeps 8): You will find a huge all-inclusive, studio apartment including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. It includes 1 King Bed two beautiful day beds with trundles underneath. The sofa also pulls out to a queen bed. It is a quiet get-away with its own 70” big screen 4K TV and comfortable sitting. This home is not on the water, but has access to the Resort waterfront including boat ramp, day dock, water trampoline and mini-golf.
