It occupies the entire first floor of the Mansion. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment exudes historic elegance in furnishings and original architectural details. There are two large bedrooms each with king-sized beds and new smart TVs. In the hallway are the two lovely bathrooms. The 1st bathroom has a walk-in shower and the 2nd has a vintage claw foot tub and European hand-held faucet (this is NOT a stand up shower). You have a fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker and comfy living room with table seating for 4. Step out of the living area to enjoy your patio and the Mansion’s shared courtyard with its stunning imported Italian statue, Flora, the goddess of flowers. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS! This is a family oriented neighborhood with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. The City of Savannah Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 8 am. Savannah Police and the neighborhood strictly enforce this. The individual violators can be fined and/or EVICTED. *There are guests above you in the Main House. If they do not follow the Quiet Time rules and disturb you at all: Please call us or the police. They have been told the same rules! *No smoking or vaping. *No pets. *Once reserved you will receive emails (including your Check in Letter) from Luxury Living Savannah. Please check your spam folders. PARKING INFO: 1. Luxury Living Savannah has 4 privately reserved parking spaces (4 blocks away) that are available to our guests to rent. We charge $20 per night, per space. Please arrange for this at time of booking and provide vehicle tag number & state. 2. This property (and all downtown Savannah) has metered, on-street parking Monday through Friday. SOME parts of the Historic District are free on Saturday/Sunday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block. You can download the APP "Park Savannah" to pay meters from your phone OR Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00.
