The great room has a large oak dining table, 50” HD TV, and lots of puzzles, cards and games for indoor entertainment. Two of the three queen bedrooms are master bedrooms. Sandpiper is ideal for a relaxing getaway to the coast. BED LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL. Owner will allow children age 6+. Garage not available to renters. SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night. Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's. Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.
