Kilindi is a magnificent beachside home that offers a private pool and a golf cart to use for easy beach access. The beach and community pool access is about a 12 minute walk down the private community streets or an even faster golf cart ride. There is cart parking available at the bathhouse. Each guest room of this home offers a private bath while the bunk room on the ground level has easy access to a half bath. On the main level, you find the completely remodeled modern kitchen (seating 4 at the island), a large dining room table that seats 10 comfortably with 2 extra chairs available, and a spacious, comfortable living area with large windows overlooking the pond. From here you enter the screened porch overlooking the private pool and the deck overlooking the natural area. On this level, there is a half bath in the hallway as well as the Master Suite. The Master Suite is complete with a king bed and a large full private bathroom with a double sink and large shower. There are three guest rooms on the upper floor; one with a king-size bed, one with a queen, and one with two double beds. All rooms are suite-style with their own full private bathroom. On this level, a desk is set up so guests are able to stay connected with work or school while enjoying this beach location. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linen including comforters will be laundered in between guests. On the ground level, you find the recreation room with a retro video game and pyramid bunk (double on bottom, twin on top). This makes a convenient area for kids of all ages. The laundry room with a washer and dryer and a half bath are also on this level. Outside you find the private pool, outdoor shower, covered carport, and a volleyball/badminton field.
