Impressive interior with high-end finishes. Private and perfectly located 3 minutes walking to the beach, trails and all amenities. This perfect retreat is surrounded by mature trees and natural landscape in a beautiful and quiet street. All the rooms in this place are huge. The two bedrooms in the main floor have ensuite and one with Jacuzzi tub. The hearth of this home is a bright and spacious eat-in-kitchen with the island breakfast bar and granite countertops with plenty of space of food preparation space. The dining area extends from the kitchen for effortless meal presentations. Entertaining is enhanced in the living room as the large alcove of windows spills the sunlight while framing the magnificent stone natural gas fire place. Upstairs there is also an entertaining area where you have a selection of books, board games, cards, a second TV, Blu-ray/DVD player and an Xbox console with games to choose, a Air Hockey table and a Foosball table. Outside it has a large wooden deck with patio furniture, outdoor couches a BBQ grill, a fire pit in the backyard for the summer nights, a badminton net and a hammock for a relaxing nap. Guest access No access to basement and garage. The only access to basement is the laundry under the basement stairs. Other things to note Please note that our Cottage is professionally cleaned, all the beds previously washed and done before any check-in. We offer all the essentials on the rental ( Bed sheets, pillows, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper)ACCORDINGLY TO THE NUMBER OF GUESTS BOOKED. We also offer a variety of teas, and coffee and filters for a regular 12 cup dripping coffee maker. There is also a Bosch Tassimo coffee maker, but for this one guests have to bring their own T-discs (capsules). There is also sugar, salt, pepper and garlic powder for the guests. Outdoor BBQ grill with a full propane tank. Guests have to bring their own garbage bags (black), recycle plastic bags (clear) and small bags for organics/ compost. Guests have to bring their own firewood for bonfire. Between April 15 and October 15, five nights minimum is required for booking.
